The Domaine de Laxé offers a wide range of wines, armagnacs and champagne where everyone will find their pleasure.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

After several years of working the vines in sustainable agriculture, in 2018 we took the step of organic conversion of the domain.

The conversion of all of our 90 hectares of vines is being done gradually over 5 years. Ultimately, the Domaine de Laxé will be one of the main players in its IGP Côtes de Gascogne appellation, entirely in organic farming.

What is the CAB logo? This is a temporary certification. Indeed, a wine has the right to obtain the Organic Agriculture logo after 4 years of exclusively organic cultivation and after control by the chosen certification body (for our part, Ecocert).

In the meantime and in order to support producers to promote their approach, the CAB logo (Conversion Agriculture Biologique) has been created. This allows consumers and customers to know that this product has been carried out in organic farming for at least 2 years and that it will eventually be certified organic!

Our bottles are therefore analyzed and no traces of synthetic treatment, herbicides and other phytochemicals should be found in our wines. It is therefore a real guarantee of reliability and traceability for the consumer.

In organic conversion!

Grands Vins

PREMIUM WINES RANGE

Our two Grands Vins de Gascogne cuvées will surprise you!

Chiseled wines, worked with the greatest care in 400 liter Armagnacaise pieces to help you discover another aspect of our terroir and our know-how.

Nuit Blanche, a powerful and complex Chardonnay will ideally accompany Gambas, Saint-Jacques, braised poultry, fish or platters of matured cheeses. A white wine for lovers of elegance and taste requirements.

This cuvée takes its name from its night harvest which allows it to keep all its freshness and quality.

Soleil d'Oranie, is a cuvée with Mediterranean accents reminiscent of the Pied-Noir families of Algeria.

You will discover a blend of Merlot and Tannat aged in French oak barrels. The Merlot gives it its sweet and greedy fruitiness while the Tannat gives it its structure and power.

The whole is supple and fruity, the tannins are velvety.

It will be the ideal companion for your stews, meats, dishes in sauce and more generally generous cuisine that we like to share.
